General Information

1. Always arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior to your team’s tee time. See schedule.

2. If you can’t make it, call a teammate the night before.

3. Check in with the starter at #10 tee – Steve Powell.

4. Everyone will play from the RED tees.

5. Bunkers ARE in play this year unless they have water in them. Free lift in water keeping hazard in between you and the green.

5. Absolutely NO GIMMIE PUTTS.

6. Be respectful of your fellow players and the Quinte Hills staff.

7. Please print the name of the score keeper on the score card. 

8. Have someone from the opposite team verify scores/totals and attest.

9. Hand in your score card at the end of the round.

10. Team captains will be advised of weather cancellations via text messages.. Players will be notified of cancellations by their captain. Look on the news page for updates as well. If your team does not have a designated captain for this purpose, you will need to contact Quinte Hills Golf directly. It’s better for all concerned that each team has a designated person for this purpose.

11. Bring home your schedul and the list of teams/players/phone numbers. They will also be listed on the website (excluding phone numbers for privacy reasons).

Rainchecks will be given at Management’s sole discretion, only if the guest is unable to play a minimum of 5 holes.
